Best Practice Review
After completing the first phase of its rural broadband expansion, EORN commissioned a review of the project that look at how the project evolved and capture “lessons learned” and best practices. The goal was to not only document the project, but to help other regions – within or outside Canada – that are considering similar initiatives in historically economically-challenged, under-serviced areas. It is also intended to guide EORN Inc.'s self-evaluation and provide a roadmap for success in any future endeavors.
